REFURBISHMENT

DoubleTree by Hilton Woking has undergone a complete refurbishment in all meeting and events spaces. All 8 meeting rooms have been equipped with modern lighting and AV, stylishly decorated with new carpets, meeting room furniture along with tea and coffee stations. We have also upgraded and refurbished the breakout foyer to include new furniture and artwork creating a stimulating and modern area to enjoy networking and refreshments. We look forward to welcoming you to our new facilities where we can cater for up to 350 guests.

Your stay starts with a warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival, continues through to our Wocca Restaurant and Bar92 – both ideal places to unwind in a relaxed atmosphere and ends with a great night’s sleep in your spacious room with a choice of rooms including Standard, Deluxe and Premium. The Conference Center has been designed to provide the finest facilities and create the perfect environment for a successful and productive event. All our meeting rooms have individually controlled air conditioning, natural daylight and a blackout facility. Delegates can take advantage of the dedicated conference WiFi system.
